Questions
Where do the panoramas come from?
Look works with finished equirectangular 360° images: renders from your 3D software or photos from a 360° camera. Import them from Photos or Files.
What does the client need to view a tour?
The free Look app on iPhone or iPad. Open the iCloud link you shared — the tour opens right in the app. Viewing is free and unlimited.
Who can open my shared link?
You choose: anyone with the link, or only the people you invite. You can stop sharing at any time, and the link stops working.
Do I need to create an account?
No. Look uses your Apple Account and iCloud. There is no separate sign-up.
How do I cancel Look Pro?
Open Settings on your device → your name → Subscriptions → Look, and tap Cancel Subscription. You keep Pro until the end of the paid period.
