Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 20, 2026

The short version.

This Privacy Policy explains how the Look mobile application for iPhone and iPad (“Look”, “the app”) handles information. Look is developed by Sergei Vasilev (“we”, “us”). By using the app you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

We, the developer, do not collect any personal data. The app does not send your content, usage data, identifiers or location to us or to any third party. The app does not require you to create an account.

2. Content you create

Tours, projects, floor plans, panoramas, comments and settings you create in Look are stored:

This data is stored by Apple under your Apple Account and is subject to Apple’s Privacy Policy. We cannot access the contents of your iCloud.

3. Sharing tours

When you share a tour or project, Look uses Apple’s iCloud sharing. You decide whether the link works for anyone who has it or only for people you invite. People you share with can view the shared content, and Apple may show participants the names or contact details associated with their Apple Accounts. You can stop sharing at any time, after which the link stops working. You can also export a tour as a .lookapp file and send it by any means you choose; in that case its handling depends on how and with whom you share the file.

4. Photos and files

You add panoramas and floor plans with the system photo picker or the Files app. Look receives only the images you select and does not request access to your entire photo library. The app does not use the camera, microphone or location services.

5. Motion sensors

When viewing a tour, Look may use your device’s gyroscope so the panorama follows the movement of the device. Motion data is processed on the device in real time, is not stored and is never transmitted. You can turn this off in the app.

6. Purchases

Look Pro subscriptions are purchased and managed through Apple’s App Store. Payments are processed by Apple; we do not receive your name, payment details or billing address. The app checks the status of your subscription using Apple’s StoreKit on your device.

7. Diagnostics

Look does not include analytics or crash-reporting SDKs. The app keeps a technical diagnostic log on your device. It is only shared if you choose to export it from the app’s Settings and send it to us, for example when asking for support. If you receive crash reports through Apple because you opted in to share analytics with app developers, Apple provides them to us in an aggregated, non-identifying form.

8. Tracking and advertising

Look does not track you across apps or websites, does not show ads and does not use advertising identifiers.

9. Data retention and deletion

Your content stays as long as you keep it. You can delete a tour or project in the app at any time. You can also remove all Look data from iCloud in your device’s Settings → [your name] → iCloud → Manage Account Storage. Deleting the app removes the data stored on the device.

10. Children

Look is a professional tool and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

11. Your rights

Because we do not collect or store your personal data, we hold no data about you to access, correct or delete. Data stored in iCloud is managed by Apple; you can exercise your rights regarding it through Apple. If you have any questions, contact us at the address below.

12. Website

This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking. It is hosted by Cloudflare, which may process technical request data (such as IP addresses) to deliver and protect the site, as described in Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the app evolves. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
