Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Look application for iPhone and iPad (“Look”, “the app”), developed by Sergei Vasilev (“we”, “us”). Your use of the app is also governed by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (“Standard EULA”). If these Terms conflict with the Standard EULA, the Standard EULA prevails.

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Look, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. The service

Look lets you create, view and share interactive 360° virtual tours built from panoramas, floor plans and annotations. Content is stored on your device and in your iCloud account. Some features require iCloud to be enabled on your device.

3. Look Pro subscription

Look is free to download. Some features are available only with a paid auto-renewing subscription, Look Pro. The features included in Free and Pro are described in the app.

• Options. Look Pro is offered as a monthly subscription (which may include a free trial) and as an annual subscription. Current prices are displayed in the app before purchase and may vary by country.
• Payment. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-renewal. The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Free trial. If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of it is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription starts and you are charged.
• Managing and cancelling. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device’s Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. After cancellation, Pro features remain available until the end of the paid period.
• Refunds. Refunds are handled by Apple according to its policies. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Restoring purchases. You can restore an active subscription on another device signed in to the same Apple Account using “Restore purchases” in the app.

4. Your content

You keep all rights to the panoramas, plans, tours and other content you create or import (“Your Content”). We do not claim ownership of Your Content and do not have access to it. You are responsible for having the necessary rights to Your Content, including the right to share images of properties and interiors with others.

5. Sharing

When you share a tour, you control who can access it and can stop sharing at any time. You are responsible for whom you share content with. Recipients need the Look app to view shared tours.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Look to create or share content that is unlawful, infringes the rights of others, or violates Apple’s terms of service, and not to attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt or misuse the app.

7. Intellectual property

The app, its design, code and branding are owned by Sergei Vasilev and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep Look reliable but do not guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free. Features may change over time. iCloud availability depends on Apple’s services.

9. Disclaimer

Look is provided “as is” and “as available”, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, without warranties of any kind. We recommend keeping copies of your original panoramas and plans.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from the use of or inability to use the app. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
